About Me

My photo
Pam
I started running in 1989, when I tagged along with my Dad to a local 5K. I won the 15 and under age category and then puked after the race. But I was hooked. I ran X-C and track trough college and then dabbled in fun runs and a few marathons. But I got out of shape after having my kids. I decided in January 2008 I needed to get back into to running. I seem to do better as the distance gets longer, so this time around I am giving it a try at Ultras. I started blogging about my running because my friends and family were sick of hearing about it!
